    While teams may request a preferred park, placement at a specific facility is not guaranteed.

    Field assignments are determined based on:

    • Field availability
    • Field dimensions appropriate for each age group
    • The number of teams within each bracket

    Some brackets are larger than others and may require multiple fields at the same location. This can impact where other brackets are scheduled if space is limited.

If a rainout should occur during a t-shirt giveaway event, a $125 administrative fee will be deducted from any refunds or credits. T-Shirts will be distributed to teams following the rainout. This is to help cover the cost of the t-shirts given to teams.

  • Deliver the jerseys directly to your field, or
